Well had dirty towels in our room garbage in baskets which weren't from me, a bed that didn't look like it was changed, and the potatoes Saturday morning were cold and undercooked

I did read notice a review before booking this hotel, that the air conditioning was not working properly. When we arrived we noticed several windows open. When I went to my room I found it stuffy and the A/C not on. The A/C turned on but never really cooled the room completely or removed the humidity. I had set the unit at 70 degrees when I first arrived and gradually turned it up to 66 degrees by the end of my stay.

Sherri and Nancy were amazing. They are both friendly and very helpful. The pool area is always clean and room and water temperatures are great..one thing though..please put a clock in pool area.

Hotel itself is nice. Newer than most in this price point, the beds are comfortable, water pressure is good and good location.
Now the people running it are shady. Charge you as much as possible but then won’t clean room, you have to go to desk to get towels and breakfast is horrible.

Hotel was ok, hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our eyes , told front desk about it and showed them that it ruined my swimsuit, all color gone from where hot tub water level was at , said management would call me but never did. No one at front desk 90 percent of the time. Breakfast just so so. Have stayed before and had no problems so not sure what the deal was. I do believe I should get some sort of reimbursement for my suit, I will be calling in the morning to see what they will do. Reserved three rooms at almost 900.00 did nor think I would have to buy a new suit for that price. Overall a dissapointment.

I will never stay here again. I didn’t even have scrambled eggs for breakfast. Staff was ambivalent to needs of guests.
